The platform

What we are building

The assets that make up a Finance OS build — funnel and website templates, automation templates, the AI agents, the calculators and the broker micro-apps. This page separates what you get today from what is still being built, because the difference is the whole point of publishing it.

Only the first group exists. The 11 items under “In every build today” are live now, and most of them open on a page you can read before buying. The 9 below them are not built, carry no dates, and should not decide a purchase. If that changes, this page changes.

In every build today

11 items

Built, in the platform, and in use. Where an item has a page of its own it opens there, so you can read exactly what it does before buying anything.

  • Funnel templates

    Ten funnel templates

Lead magnet, registration, training opt-in, short and long sales pages, course and community, personal brand, one-page site and a challenge funnel — each wired to a form, a pipeline stage and a follow-up sequence.

  • Website templates

    One-page broker website

A complete site in one page for a broker who does not want a six-page website, plus a personal-brand page a referral partner can send someone to.

  • Automation templates

    Email and SMS sequences

Twenty-seven email templates covering onboarding, lead magnet, new lead, sales and nurture — triggered by what a borrower does rather than by a calendar.

  • Automation templates

    Broker workflow automations

Lead capture and qualification, document collection with chasers, post-settlement care and the referral ask — the flows that otherwise live in someone’s head.

  • Automation templates

    Broker pipelines

Stages built for a loan file, so a glance answers what every deal is actually waiting on.

    Open the page →

  • AI agents

    Voice AI agent

Answers the calls you miss, qualifies the caller and books into your calendar. The page states plainly what it will not do.

  • AI agents

    Chat AI agent

Instant replies across web chat, SMS, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp, threaded per contact.

    Open the page →

  • Calculators and tools

    Twenty calculators

Repayments, borrowing power, stamp duty for all eight jurisdictions, offset, refinance, equity and more — in your brand, on your site, with your booking link.

  • Calculators and tools

    Forms, surveys and calendars

The fact-find, document checklists and booking calendars that feed everything else.

  • Automation templates

    Social scheduling and reviews

Scheduling across connected accounts, plus review requests and monitoring.

  • Micro-appsPlatinum Plan

    Broker Notes

Note-taking rebuilt for a broker’s day and anchored to the contact, so a file note lands against the client rather than in a document somewhere.

Building now

4 items

Specified and under construction. None of it exists yet, so nothing here should decide a purchase.

  • Micro-appsPlatinum first

    Deal Qualifier

An indicative borrowing range at a buffered rate with a traffic-light verdict, saved to the contact — so the "can they even borrow?" triage stops costing half an hour. Indicative only; it does not assess credit.

  • Micro-appsPlatinum first

    Document Chaser

A per-deal checklist by borrower type, a client upload page, automatic nudges, and one dashboard showing what every file is blocked on.

  • Micro-appsPlatinum first

    First Home Scheme Matcher

State, postcode, price and income in; the grants, caps and concessions that apply, with the gotchas — against a rules table maintained as the schemes change.

  • Micro-appsPlatinum first

    BID File-Note Generator

A structured form that drafts the best-interests file note and the rationale behind the recommendation, as a PDF against the contact. A drafting aid — the broker remains responsible for the record.

Up next

4 items

Scoped and queued behind the four above. The order can change if brokers tell us it should.

  • Micro-apps

    Clawback Guard

The settled book sorted by clawback window, what is at risk, and a review sequence that runs before the risky months rather than after them.

  • Micro-apps

    Rate Review Machine

The annual repricing that never gets done: the rate gap, what it costs the client a year, and a pre-filled repricing letter.

  • Micro-apps

    Lender Niche Finder

A searchable policy-niche database with last-verified dates, so "which lender takes a one-year self-employed?" stops being a memory game.

  • Micro-apps

    Deal Pulse

A tracker the client can watch, with a message on each stage change, so "any update?" calls stop arriving.

Later

1 item

Worth building, not yet scoped. Listed so the direction is visible, not so it can be counted on.

  • Micro-apps

    SMSF Deal Scoper

Whether an SMSF deal is viable, the liquidity flags against it, and the referral email to the accountant.

How this list is decided

The order comes from what brokers lose the most time to, not from what is quickest to build. Nothing carries a delivery date: an item moves band when it is actually done, and an unbuilt item is described as unbuilt wherever it appears — including on the pricing table, where the micro-app suite is marked as a roadmap rather than an inclusion.

If something here is in the wrong order for how you actually work, that is worth a conversation — the queue is not sacred.
