See it running on your workflow
Half an hour walking your actual process through the platform — your lead sources, your follow-up gaps, your post-settlement routine. No slide deck, and no pretending something is built when it is not.
Who it is for
Australian mortgage and finance brokers
Whether you write loans on your own or run a team, the walkthrough is the same conversation: what happens between an enquiry arriving and a client settling, and what happens in the years after. It is most useful if you already know which part of that is leaking — and still useful if you only suspect it.
It is not for you if what you want is lodgement, credit assessment, serviceability or compliance software. That is a different layer, and the research side of this site covers the products built for it.
What to have on hand
- Roughly how many enquiries you handle a month, and where they come from.
- Who responds to a new enquiry today, and how quickly in practice.
- What you currently use for email, SMS and your website forms.
- What happens after settlement right now — even if the honest answer is nothing.
- The one part of the week you would most like to stop doing by hand.
Nothing needs preparing in advance and there is no homework. Approximate answers are fine — we are mapping a shape, not auditing your book.
Pick a time
Thirty minutes, by video call.
Booking a time
Online booking is not switched on yet, so walkthroughs are arranged by email. It is one reply rather than a form — tell us when suits and we will confirm.
Email hello@financeos.au with the days and times that suit you and roughly how many enquiries a month you handle. We will come back with a time rather than a sequence of follow-ups.
Booking asks for your name, email and phone number — enough to send the invitation and call you if the link fails, and nothing more. We use it to run the walkthrough and follow up about it. We do not sell it and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking. See the privacy policy.
The half hour
What we actually cover
01
Your current path, mapped
Where enquiries arrive, who answers them, and how long they wait when you are with a client. We draw it as you describe it.
02
The gaps, named
The after-hours enquiry, the pre-approval that expired quietly, the client who settled two years ago and has not heard from you. Usually two or three of these are costing real money.
03
The same path, running in the platform
We walk your process through a live account rather than a slide — capture, follow-up, inbox, post-settlement. You will see what it looks like configured, not conceptually.
04
What is built and what is not
A straight answer on which parts are working today, which need setup finalised, and which are roadmap. Ask about anything on the pricing page and we will show you or tell you it does not exist yet.
05
Cost, honestly
Which tier fits, what onboarding involves, and what metered usage is likely to add at your volume. No pressure to decide on the call.
Before you book
What Finance OS does not replace
Worth knowing before you spend half an hour on a call. None of this changes between tiers — it is the edge of the product.
- Your aggregator
- Stays exactly as it is. Finance OS sits beside it and does not replace, connect to or write into it.
- Lodgement
- Not included. Loans are lodged through your aggregator’s software, as they are now.
- Serviceability and credit assessment
- Not included. Nothing in Finance OS calculates borrowing capacity for credit purposes or assesses a client’s credit position.
- Compliance responsibility
- Yours. The platform can hold records and prompt for steps; your NCCP, Best Interests Duty and licensing obligations remain yours, and no configuration transfers them.
- Metered usage
- SMS, phone calls and some AI usage are charged on top of the subscription, at cost. Usage depends on your volume, so it is not included in the monthly figure.
- What the platform is built on
- A white-labelled GoHighLevel configuration. We say so openly — the value is the broker configuration, not a hidden codebase.
After you book
What happens next
You get a calendar invitation with the video link, straight away. If a confirmation does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam and then email us — a missing confirmation usually means a typo in the address rather than a lost booking.
We send one short message the day before with the link again. Nothing else arrives in between: no drip sequence, no “just checking in”.
After the call you get a written summary of what we discussed, including anything we said was not built yet, so you have it in writing rather than from memory. If it is not a fit we will say so on the call, and that is the end of it — you will not hear from us again unless you ask.
Rescheduling or cancelling is a link in the invitation, and needs no explanation.
