Document Collect & Sign for Australian brokers
E-signature and document chasing
The short answer
E-signature and document collection tools move compliance paperwork out of email threads. For Australian brokers the deciding factors are local data residency, identity verification, fixed AUD pricing and audit trails that satisfy aggregator compliance reviews. Annature is currently the strongest locally built option we have assessed.
The rules this Document Collect & Sign ranking will follow
The fastest way to judge a review site is how it makes its money and who signs its verdicts. These are the rules we have published for ourselves, in advance and in public — no product in this category has been tested against them yet, so hold us to them.

The tests will be filmed
Each test is filmed inside the real account — the workflows, the failure paths and the parts the demo never shows. None has been run in this category, so these slots are empty; they fill in as each product is tested.

Screens will come from the real accounts
Captured inside the tested accounts, never from a vendor press kit — which is why there are none here yet.
How we capture them
Screens come out of the account, not the press kit
Every screenshot is taken inside the account the product was run in, at the point in the workflow being scored. Nothing is staged, nothing is a vendor render, and nothing is a mock-up.
- Captured in the live account, mid-workflow
- Dated with the test it came from, and re-shot when the product changes
- Never a vendor render, never a mock-up
Editor’s verdict
The verdict names one product, says who it is for and who it is not for, and shows the criteria that decided it. It is written after the testing, signed by the person who did it, and dated — so you can judge how current it is and hold someone to it.
