Disclosure and Editorial Policy

This website is operated by Tumai Meroiti (ABN 75 527 278 804) trading as Finance OS ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at hello@financeos.au.

We sell Finance OS, a broker operating system built on a white-labelled GoHighLevel platform, configured for Australian mortgage broking with done-for-you setup. Current pricing is published at our pricing page and the commercial terms are in the Product Terms.

We say plainly what the product is built on. You would work it out anyway, and the value we offer is the configuration, the broker-specific templates and the installation — not a secret codebase.

Finance OS is listed and scored in the categories it competes in, against the same published criteria as every other product, by a named reviewer with a visible test date. We do not exempt it, we do not soften it, and we do not omit its weaknesses. Where it is not the right tool, our reviews say so.

Every page that ranks or reviews a category Finance OS competes in carries a disclosure above the fold. That disclosure is generated automatically from the category record — it is not applied by hand, and it cannot be forgotten.

GoHighLevel, the platform Finance OS is built on, also appears in our catalogue as a reviewed product. Where it is ranked, the same disclosure applies. Our full position on that relationship is in the Affiliate and Commercial Relationships Disclosure.

We do not accept payment for placement, ranking, scoring or a favourable verdict. Not in any category, not at any price.

Rankings are produced from scores against our published criteria. No commercial relationship of any kind is an input to a score, an ordering, or a verdict.

If that ever changes, this policy changes first, and the change is dated here.

Where a commercial relationship exists with a vendor whose product we review, we record it against that product and display it on the product's page. A relationship affects what we disclose. It never affects what we score.

Where a link earns us a commission, that link is marked, and carries `rel="sponsored"` so it is machine-readable as well as visible to you.

Our product pages present our own view of our own product, in our own words, the way any business describes what it sells.

Our rankings present our independent assessment, produced by the method published at /methodology against the criteria published at /criteria, by a named reviewer on a stated date.

Where the two differ, the rankings are the tested position. They are the ones formed by the published method, and they are the ones to rely on.

As at the last test, our published rankings place Finance OS fifth of five in Broker CRM — our own note reads "strong on communication; not a lodgement CRM" — and second in Marketing. Those rankings stand as published, and we do not adjust them to suit how we market the product.

Reviews are hands-on. Products are scored against criteria published at /criteria, using the method published at /methodology. Every verdict carries the name of the person who reached it and the date it was tested.

Software changes. A verdict is accurate as at its test date and no later, which is why the date is shown.

• We do not publish testimonials, client counts, or performance metrics we cannot evidence. We currently have none, so we publish none.
• We do not make claims about income, revenue or results you might achieve. Outcomes depend on your business, your market and your effort.
• We do not accept payment to remove or alter a negative review.
• We do not write reviews of products we have not used.

We review software. We do not provide financial product advice, credit assistance, or any recommendation about loans, lenders or financial products, and nothing on this site should be taken as any of those things. We are not licensed to provide them and we do not hold ourselves out as being.

If something here is wrong, tell us at hello@financeos.au and we will correct it. Corrections to a published verdict are noted on the page with the date.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law which cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

We may update this policy. Material changes are reflected in the "last updated" date above, and the substance of what changed is described here.
