Our verdicts, scores and rankings are opinions formed by testing software against the criteria we publish, on the date shown on each review.

Software changes. Pricing changes. Features are added and removed. A verdict is accurate as at its test date and no later — which is why we publish the date on every one.

What suits one brokerage does not suit another. Our reviews are a starting point for your own assessment, not a substitute for it. You remain responsible for deciding whether any product suits your business, and for your own licensing, compliance, privacy and record-keeping obligations.

We build and sell Finance OS, and we review the category it competes in.

Finance OS is scored against the same published criteria as every other product we test, by a named reviewer, with a visible test date. Every page ranking a category it competes in carries a disclosure above the fold.

Where our product pages and our published rankings differ, the rankings are the tested position.

Product-page positioning is our own view of our product. Our rankings are our independent assessment, and they are the ones formed by the method we publish. Our full position on this is in our Disclosure and Editorial Policy.

We have a commercial relationship with GoHighLevel: we hold an agency account with them, and Finance OS is built on their platform. GoHighLevel also appears in our reviewed catalogue.

We do not promise or guarantee any result.

Nothing on this site is a representation that you will win more clients, save a particular amount of time, increase revenue, or achieve any other outcome. Outcomes depend on your business, your market, your effort and factors outside our control.

Where we describe what software can do, we describe its capability — not a result you will get from it.

We do not currently publish testimonials, client counts or performance metrics, because we do not yet have results we can evidence. When we do, they will be genuine, attributable, and marked if the person providing them received anything in return.

We link to third-party sites, including the vendors whose products we review. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, pricing or terms. A link is not an endorsement beyond what our review actually says.
