Affiliate and Commercial Relationships Disclosure
Last updated 17 August 2026
We review software for a living and we also sell software. This page sets out every commercial relationship that could reasonably affect how you read what we publish. If it is not on this page, it does not exist.
Who we are
This website is operated by Tumai Meroiti (ABN 75 527 278 804) trading as Finance OS. You can contact us at hello@financeos.au.
Our relationship with GoHighLevel
This is the most important disclosure on this page.
- We hold a direct agency account with GoHighLevel, a software platform vendor.
- Finance OS — the product we sell — is a white-labelled GoHighLevel platform, configured for Australian mortgage broking, with our own setup, templates and support.
- We pay GoHighLevel. Our product depends on their platform continuing to operate.
- GoHighLevel also appears in our reviewed catalogue.
That means we have a commercial interest in a vendor we review. We are telling you because you cannot assess our reviews of that vendor without knowing it.
What we do about it: any page that reviews or ranks GoHighLevel carries this disclosure. The scoring method is the same one published at /methodology, applied by a named reviewer against the criteria at /criteria.
Our own product in our own rankings
Finance OS is listed and scored in the categories it competes in, against the same criteria as everything else. We do not exempt it and we do not omit its weaknesses.
As at the last test, our published rankings place Finance OS fifth of five in Broker CRM — our own note reads "strong on communication; not a lodgement CRM" — and second in Marketing.
We publish that because a review site that ranks its own product first, in its own rankings, is not a review site.
Every page ranking a category Finance OS competes in carries a disclosure above the fold. That disclosure is generated automatically from the category record. It is not applied by hand and it cannot be forgotten.
Paid placement
We do not accept payment for placement, ranking, scoring or a favourable verdict.
No commercial relationship of any kind is an input to a score, an ordering, or a verdict. Rankings come from scores against published criteria.
If that ever changes, this page changes first, and the change is dated.
Affiliate links
We do not currently earn commission on links from this website. If that changes, every commission-earning link will be marked where you can see it before you click, and this page will say so.
Vendor relationships
Where we hold any other commercial relationship with a vendor we review — a partnership, a reseller arrangement, a paid pilot — we record it against that vendor and display it on their product page.
A relationship affects what we disclose. It never affects what we score.
Our product pages versus our rankings
Our product pages present our own view of our own product, in our own words. Our rankings are our independent assessment, produced by the published method.
Where the two differ, the rankings are the tested position.
Gifts, trials and access
Vendors sometimes give us free or discounted access to test their software. That is how software review works and we do not treat it as a commercial relationship, but where access was provided by the vendor we say so on the review.
We do not accept payment, gifts or benefits in exchange for coverage.
Tell us if we get this wrong
If you think something on this site is not properly disclosed, email hello@financeos.au. We will look at it and correct it, and corrections are noted on the page with the date.
