Built for Australian finance brokers

Get More Leads, Convert More Deals & Close More Settlements.

Your aggregator runs the file. Finance OS runs everything around it: capture, response, follow-up, and the years after settlement. Built for Australian brokers and configured for you before you log in.

From AUD $97/month · no lock-in · cancel anytime

It complements your aggregator. It does not lodge loans, assess credit, calculate serviceability, or carry your compliance obligations.

The problem

Where the work actually leaks

Enquiry flow you cannot plan around

Referrals run hot and cold. Cold calling costs more than it returns. One post a week is not a strategy. Some months the pipeline is full and some months it is quiet, and little about the difference is within your control.

Administration crowding out the work

Notes, document chasing, follow-up reminders, re-keying the same detail in a second system. The work you are licensed for gets done in the gaps between the work nobody pays you for.

Growth that costs more than it returns

Writing more usually means more administration, and more administration usually means more hours. Growth that only scales by adding your own time is not growth you can hold for long.

None of this is a talent problem. It is a structural one, and it has been for a long time.

Why effort does not fix it

Structure beats effort.

Every broker we have met is already working hard. Effort is not the missing input — it is the thing being spent to cover for a process that was never written down.

Work later
The follow-up still happens when you remember it, which is still after the client has moved on.
Hire an assistant
A second person following an undefined process makes the process twice as hard to see, not twice as fast.
Buy another tool
A tool that nobody has configured for broking becomes another place for the same work to sit unfinished.

What changes the result is deciding what happens at each stage once, and then having it happen without anyone deciding again.

One subscription, eight jobs

Everything a brokerage has to do, in one place

Not eight tools to connect, and not eight subscriptions to reconcile. The same platform does each of these because they are the same client record moving through your week.

Get More Leads

Finance-ready funnels, forms and social profiles feed one pipeline, and every enquiry gets an automated first reply on the channel it arrived on — including after hours.

How this one works

Convert More Deals

Follow-up runs on its own cadence and stops the moment a client replies. No-show recovery, re-engagement and booking confirmations are configured rather than remembered.

How this one works

Close More Settlements

The deal board shows every file by stage and what each one is waiting on, so document gaps and expiring approvals surface before they cost you the settlement.

How this one works

Keep More Clients

The years after settlement run on a cadence: scheduled check-ins, annual reviews and fixed-rate expiry prompts, so the client hears from you before they hear from a competitor.

How this one works

Drive More Referrals

Partner onboarding, post-settlement referral asks and review requests are sequenced into the same pipeline, instead of depending on somebody remembering to ask.

How this one works

Build Authority

A social calendar, a content vault and a review engine that keep your name in front of the people who will need a broker in eighteen months.

How this one works

Automate Your Operations

Document chasing, task routing, compliance prompts and stale-deal alerts run as configured workflows — the admin that fills a week, handled by the system.

How this one works

Scale Your Brokerage

Add brokers to the same board with ownership rules, shared inboxes and reporting, so a second and third writer join a system rather than inheriting a shoebox.

How this one works

How it works

Sign up, get connected, start stacking wins.

Pick a tier and you have an account. No contract, no minimum term, no sales process to sit through first — Launch is self-serve from the pricing page, and Scale and Dominate start with a kick-off call instead of a form.

Get connected

We map your current process on the kick-off call, then connect what you already use: your domain, your sending address and number, your social profiles, your calendar, and your existing contacts. You approve the wording once. Nothing needs rebuilding and nothing needs learning first.

Start stacking wins

Every enquiry lands as a deal, follow-up runs whether or not you remember, and the client record keeps growing after settlement. The compounding part is the record: each month it holds more of your book, so the reviews, referrals and repricing conversations get easier to run rather than harder.

None of this is a feature you have to learn — it is configuration, and on Scale and Dominate we do it and hand it over. Launch gives you the same components to assemble yourself. What we do not publish is a turnaround time: how fast step two finishes depends on how quickly access and content come back from your side, and quoting a number we cannot hold would be the first promise we broke.

One enquiry, end to end

Capture, nurture, next action

The three moments where broking leaks time. Each one is a screen in the platform, and the point is that the same enquiry moves between them without being retyped.

Schematic · A form submission becoming an opportunity on the lead pipeline, without a rekey in between.

Step one

The enquiry lands as a deal, not an email

A form, a missed call, a social message or a referral all arrive the same way: an opportunity on the lead pipeline, tagged with its source and assigned to whoever owns it. Nothing waits in an inbox to be noticed.

Schematic · The shape of a follow-up sequence: timed steps, then a branch that ends the sequence on reply.

Step two

Follow-up runs whether or not you remember

The document chaser and the follow-up sequences run on their own cadence — and every sequence carries a reply branch, so the moment a client responds the automation stops and stays stopped.

Schematic · One inbox: threads on the left, the conversation on the right, channels switched in the composer.

Step three

The reply arrives where you are already looking

SMS, email, web chat and social thread against one client record in one inbox, so the next action is visible without opening four apps to find it.

Ownership and disclosure

You should know who is selling you this.

This domain publishes independent research on broker software, and it also sells a broker platform. Those two things sit in tension, and the only honest way to run them together is to say so wherever they touch — including here, on the page trying to sell you something.

We own it
Finance OS is our product. The same team publishes the research on this domain, and that is disclosed on every page where the two meet.
What it is built on
A white-labelled GoHighLevel platform, configured for Australian broking. We say so plainly because you would find out anyway, and because the value is in the configuration rather than in hiding the foundation.
Where it sits
Beside your aggregator, not over it. It does not lodge loans, assess credit, calculate serviceability, or carry your compliance obligations.

Where Finance OS stops · applies to every tier
Your aggregatorStays exactly as it is. Finance OS sits beside it and does not replace, connect to or write into it.
LodgementNot included. Loans are lodged through your aggregator’s software, as they are now.
Serviceability and credit assessmentNot included. Nothing in Finance OS calculates borrowing capacity for credit purposes or assesses a client’s credit position.
Compliance responsibilityYours. The platform can hold records and prompt for steps; your NCCP, Best Interests Duty and licensing obligations remain yours, and no configuration transfers them.
Metered usageSMS, phone calls and some AI usage are charged on top of the subscription, at cost. Usage depends on your volume, so it is not included in the monthly figure.
What the platform is built onA white-labelled GoHighLevel configuration. We say so openly — the value is the broker configuration, not a hidden codebase.

Rows marked Confirm on a walkthrough are configured but depend on setup we are still finalising — ask to see them running before you count on them. Rows marked Roadmap are specified and not delivered. SMS, phone calls and some AI usage are billed on top, at cost.

Common questions

Honest answers. No fluff.

What exactly is Finance OS built on?

A white-labelled GoHighLevel platform, configured for Australian mortgage and finance broking: finance-ready funnels, response templates, nurture automations and AI training installed and maintained by our team. We say this plainly because you would find out anyway — what you are paying for is the broker configuration and the done-for-you setup, not a secret codebase.

Our ownership and disclosure policy

What does it replace — and what does it not?

It covers the growth and client-communications layer: funnels, email and SMS, social scheduling, appointments, review requests and web chat. It does not replace your aggregator, and it does not lodge loans, assess credit, calculate serviceability or carry your compliance obligations. Those stay exactly where they are. We will say the same thing on a walkthrough.

What is the difference between the three tiers?

Launch (AUD $97 a month) is the full platform, configured by you. Scale (AUD $297 a month plus a $997 one-time onboarding fee) adds the done-for-you build: funnels, templates, automations and Conversation AI, configured against your process and handed over. Dominate (AUD $497 a month plus $997 onboarding) is Scale plus first access to the broker micro-apps as each one is released. No platform features are withheld from the cheaper tiers — what changes is how much of the build we do.

What does it really cost, all in?

The subscription plus metered usage. SMS, phone calls and some AI usage are billed on top, at cost. Annual billing charges ten months for twelve. Onboarding is a one-time AUD $997 on Scale and Dominate, and nothing on Launch. There is no free trial and no lock-in contract. Usage depends on how much you send and call, so we will size it with you on a walkthrough rather than quote a number that will be wrong.

Product terms

Which of the advertised features are actually working today?

The platform itself and the configured build are in use now. Three things are best confirmed on a walkthrough before you count on them: the SMS half of the template sets, the post-settlement nurture kit, and the referral and review engine — these are configured but depend on client-lifecycle date fields that are still being finalised. The broker micro-app suite beyond Broker Notes is a roadmap, not a delivery. Ask us to show you any of it live and we will.

Are the Dominate micro-apps available now?

Broker Notes is built and in use. The rest of the suite — deal qualifier, document chaser, first-home-buyer scheme matcher, BID file-note generator, clawback guard, rate review, lender niche finder and deal tracker — is specified and prioritised, but not delivered. Dominate gives you first access as each is released. If those apps are your reason for choosing Dominate, choose Scale instead and move up when they ship.

How long does setup take, and what do you need from me?

Onboarding starts with a kick-off call where we map your current process: where enquiries come from, who responds, what happens after settlement. We need your branding, your domain or subdomain, access to the accounts you want connected, and a decision on which phone number and sending address you will use. The build follows that map. We do not publish a fixed turnaround, because it depends on how quickly access and content come back from your side.

Can I bring my existing contacts across?

Yes. Contact migration is part of onboarding on Scale and Dominate, and a self-serve import on Launch. Bring an export from your current system and we will map the fields with you. What migrates cleanly depends on what your current system will export — we will look at your actual file during onboarding rather than promise a result sight unseen.

Who owns the account and the data in it?

You do. The contacts, conversations, content and configuration are yours. If you leave, you can export your data, and we will not hold your client list hostage to keep you subscribed. The configuration is built inside a sub-account provisioned for your brokerage.

Product terms

What support do I get?

Launch includes documentation and email support. Scale and Dominate add a named contact who knows your build. We do not advertise a guaranteed response time, because we have not published a service-level commitment and we are not going to imply one we have not made.

How do I cancel, and what happens to my money?

Cancel any time — there is no lock-in and no minimum term. The onboarding fee is refunded in full any time before onboarding begins. Once onboarding starts it is not refundable, and the current billing period is not refunded or pro-rated. There is no free trial and no 30-day money-back guarantee; the refund policy sets out precisely what is and is not refundable, and it is the document that governs, not this answer.

Refund policyProduct terms

Who should not buy it?

Brokers who want lodgement, credit assessment, serviceability or compliance tooling — that is a different layer of the stack, and the research side of this site covers the products built for it. Brokers who already run a communications stack that works. And anyone buying Dominate specifically for the micro-app suite, which is not delivered yet.

Run the client relationship, not just the loan file.

Half an hour on your workflow, and a straight answer on what is built and what is not.
