A product is scored against the published criteria before anyone talks to its vendor about a price. If a deal is agreed afterwards it changes what you pay — never where the product ranks, and never whether it is recommended.

What gets listed
Better than the price you could get yourself
An offer only earns a place here if it beats the public price. Terms and expiry are published in full — no “contact us for pricing”, and no offer that quietly expires without the page saying so.
