Stack audit

5 questions about how you actually run — how many people touch a file, how much you settle, what you would most like to stop doing by hand. The answer is the set of roles a brokerage at your stage has to fill, and every product we track for each one.

It does not ask for your email and nothing is submitted or stored — the whole thing runs in your browser, and the result is a link to a page that is already public. It also names no products, because nothing has been tested yet: how that works.

  1. 01How many people touch a loan file?

The moment a file is handed between two people, the tools stop being personal and start being shared. That is the single biggest step change in a broking stack.

  2. 02Roughly how many settlements a month?

Volume decides whether a problem is worth automating. Under about ten a month, most of it is faster by hand.

  3. 03Which part of the week would you most like back?

The stack you need is usually the one that fixes what already hurts, not the one that covers everything.

  4. 04Where does most new business come from?

A referral-fed brokerage and an ad-fed one need different halves of the stack, and buying the wrong half is the most common expensive mistake.

  5. 05How much of the admin would you hand to software tomorrow?

Where AI earns its subscription in broking is narrow, and knowing whether you want it changes which stage to start from.
